Does Jostens keep records of class rings?

Can I still get a class ring after you graduate?
With an official ring tradition, the ring is symbolic of your institution and the people that help it thrive year after year. The official ring is exclusively reserved for alumni and graduating students who have earned the right to wear it by successfully meeting your institution’s high standards.
How do I replace my class ring?
Contact the company that made the original ring. Ask them if they have a ring replacement program. Some class ring purveyors offer a program in which they will replace a class ring for a discounted price if the ring was lost or stolen. Most of these programs are for people who bought rings within the last ten years.
How do you find a ring?

How much is a gold class ring worth?

Can Jostens rings be remade?
My ring is very worn or damaged Your ring may be exchanged for another current ring design of comparable value. A remake fee would apply.
Does Jostens do free ring resizing?
Ring Resizing Your Jostens ring may be resized at any time free of charge, if in resizable condition. Please refer to the Warranty page for more information on sending in your ring.
Is it too late to get a class ring?
It’s never too late to order. If we’re not scheduled to be on campus soon, order online, email, fax or mail your printed order form and we’ll be happy to start your order. You can put down a deposit and make payments if you like. Most senior ring orders take ~4 weeks to arrive!
How are Jostens class rings made?
All rings are tailor-made to perfection and crafted in North America. Each ring goes through a 13-step process including a lost wax process, casting, finishing and polishing, then stone setting where diamonds and other stones are meticulously hand set by master level stone setters.
What is the warranty on my Jostens class rings?
Jostens must receive your written request for a replacement within 10 years from the ship date of your original order. Jostens automatically protects your high school or college class ring, high school sports ring, pilot ring, Class Tag™, Class Bracelet™, Class Locket™ or Collegiate Tag™ (“Jewelry”) from loss or theft for 4 years.
How does the protection plan work with a justjostens ring?
Jostens’ rings automatically come with a four-year protection plan. The date of the protection starts on the day the ring is shipped. It is included in the purchase price of your ring. Customers can pay an additional cost for a 10-year protection plan, instead of the four-year plan.
How do I get a replacement for my Lost and found class ring?
See the Lost and Found Class Rings page. Standard and Extended Protection are available only for the original Jewelry and the original Jewelry owner. You must submit a Jewelry Protection Request and the replacement charge payment (plus applicable tax, shipping and handling) before Jostens will create your replacement Jewelry.
